A licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii, Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism, a Master of Arts, in Human Behavior/Organizational Behavior, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
Working with women and families for over 30 years. Assisting in discovering their innate health with the exploration of the deeper reserves of themselves through deep relaxation and visualizations for releasing entrenched patterns. Letting go of old belief systems
and allowing the authentic self to emerge. Increasing
creativity by clearing the mind and accessing
universal knowing for intuitive wisdom and original
ideas.
Conducting women's groups, couples groups and seminars/workshops for businesses, enhancing communication with customers and better employee relations. In-services for teachers and nursing programs.
